Bluto's Greek Tavern is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality. The drinks are expertly crafted, delivering the perfect balance of flavors with each sip. The bartender TJ was excellent and well conversed. I was actually given the presence of one of the managers “Cam” who was very welcoming and made our visit a lot more special. Let's talk about their gyros - simply divine! The meat is tender, the veggies fresh, and the tzatziki sauce is to die for. But what really stole the show were the deep-fried Oreos - a delightful twist on a classic treat that left us craving for more. Whether you're craving authentic Greek cuisine or looking to indulge in some inventive delights, Bluto's is the place to be. A definite must-visit!"

Great staff, drinks, and food. I could eat the chicken shawarma every single day.

Delicious! Bluto’s has improved tremendously since it first opened. Adding breakfast is what makes me give them 5 stars! The Greek quesadilla is also a favorite. The only issue I’ve had here is subpar service. Waiters and waitresses tend to forget about you; I’ve had multiple experiences where no food was brought until you spoke up, the complete wrong order was brought out, or the food was completely overcooked; which is super disappointing! It’s a great location and the food is awesome when you hit it at the right time. I honestly think they might be understaffed, so if you go on a day where it’s not too busy, you’ll probably have a better experience! Overall, I do recommend going to Bluto’s!

Michelle is the best “bar keep” I have ever experienced! A true mixologist! An alchemist if you will! The food is generally consistent between visits, big Texan is the best gyro on the menu in my opinion! Thanks for an awesome experience!

On 2/11 my party of 7 arrived at Bluto's for brunch around 10:50. After putting our name down, I was called at 11:17 (I checked my phone) that our table was ready. We were seated, had the sweetest server, but the worst service ever. It took 10-15 minutes to get our drink order and then another 10-15 minutes to get our food order. Then we ordered 3 mimosas and never got them until asking twice for them and finally a 3rd time had to go to the bar for them. (And even then they were 99% orange juice.) We were told it would be '15-20 minutes' before our order would even be placed in the kitchen. We chose coming at 11 so two of my daughters would have plenty of time to get to work by 1pm. We ALL finally had to leave at 12:48 with no food whatsoever. And they were wanting to charge us for our waters and 3 mimosas/orange juice with a slight attitude. I saw with my own eyes the place was pretty busy...but 1 hour and 48 minutes sitting and waiting with no food to show for it was kind of ridiculous. I sent my two kids off to work with no meal and the rest of us scooted on down to the Grill and we were served and ate all within an hour. I've heard nothing but good things about your breakfast menu....too bad I won't be back to try it out.

Food might be good, might not be. Wouldn't know cause the service was god awful. Sat us in 15 minutes and didn't feed us for an hour and a half so we left. It was absurd. Wouldn't bring us our drinks we ordered, I can understand being busy and backed up but there is no way you can't go to the bar and make three mimosas and walk 10 feet to our table. Maybe it was just an off day. Who knows. Try for yourself and let me know if it's worth the hour and a half plus wait.

I ordered the fried Oreos and loved them. I like that Blutos also has a jukebox, so you get to listen to a wide range of music while dining in too! I can also say I’ve tried their breakfast, and it might be the best place to get breakfast in Starkville.

Tonight was my first time eating here with a good friend. Waitress was friendly and service was great. What wasn’t so great was that I ordered chicken kabobs and there were pieces of chicken that were raw.Even though I barely ate any food due to concerns for Salmonella, I paid for it.Just won’t be eating at this establishment agai.
