I come here every Friday for the lunch special ($10 one topping) and the beer special ($5 32oz). Tyler and staff are always super friendly and helpful. The pizza comes out in under 20 minutes. What’s not to love?? Great local

My husband and I had been here before and we liked it but this last Friday that we went with friends it was terrible. It was so expensive and they sent me my pizza burnt. This pizza was like $12 or $13 pizza and they sent it out like that. I wouldn't have served this to anyone whether they were paying or not.

2 for 2! Both visits have been absolutely amazing. The Slap Your Momma pizza was outstanding. I look forward to eating here while visiting my bulldog.Parking: Paid parking uses the same app used on campus, but allows for by the hour rate versus 'til midnight daily rate.

On 12/23/23 at 1 my grandfather and I got a pepperoni pie (14$) and 2 drinks (3$ each) which is 10 bucks for someone to eat a delicious new york style pie and get a larger than most soda. I mean, I don’t know what type of wizardry the chefs were doing in the back but that pepperoni pizza was crispy, steaming hot, and so good that I would likely be struck from the heavens for saying that every ingredient wasn’t fresh and/or made in-house. The service was good and the atmosphere was really welcoming. Seriously, this is THE spot if you want a good pie in Starkville.

The pizzas and hummus were tasty, however the staff began closing around 9:00 and when we wanted a refill of lemonade, the soda fountain nozzles had been removed for cleaning. That’s great that they keep their equipment clean, however, if there are still patrons eating in the restaurant, the soda fountain should be operational. Also, the bathroom garbage can was emptied and turned upside down, leaving no option but to leave trash on top of the can! We had an order total of $100 but when we asked for a container of ranch, there was a $1.00 surcharge for each. Appetizer and pizza were delivered without any plates, leaving us to ask the disgruntled server for some. We have been to Boardtown about 5 times in the last year, but this will be our last.

Visited this establishment on 10/22/23. Daiquiri machine was down. Pizza was extremely thin in the center and made a mess/fell apart but taste was good. Cups did not have lids. Overall, $25 fed me and my girlfriend, customer service was good, experience was not the best overall due to down Daiquiri machine, missing lids, and extremely thin and messy Pizza.

We couldn't decide between Boardtown Pizza and Bulldog Burgers, but the hour wait at Bulldog made the decision for us. We had to order at the counter (I'm not sure if this is the norm), and there was a system for order by your phone that we didn't use. We were a little surprised that there was no option to order a "make your own toppings" pizza. There are eleven choices for pizza and a bunch of beer choices. My wife and I got the Americana to share. It was not great. The crust was soggy and May have been undercooked. Conversely, the cheese seemed overcooked and there were large burned spots along the outer crust (this may have been by design.) Despite its unsatisfying texture, the pizza tasted ok. My daughter and her boyfriend got the Margherita, and they liked it. The ranch dipping sauce was very good. The staff was friendly and patient. My daughter's boyfriend wanted to make sure that I mention that the beer was very reasonably priced, but having to walk up to the bar to order another beer limited our beer intake. The price of our meal was not bad either. The atmosphere didn't really match the food. It's very loud with sports bar vibe. This doesn't see, to go with artisanal pizza on the menu. With other pizza options in Starkville, I probably won't come back here again.
