I ordered breakfast before it ended but was a few minutes late to pick it up so they canceled my order. The breakfast is still in the building and I already paid. This place sucks.

I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and I open the package and the chicken is the size of a waffle fry. Nearly every time I order Chick-fil-A the chicken is way smaller than it used to be. The large fries also looked like someone took half of them out.

I had placed my order on my phone in advance. When I got to the pickup order they asked us to pull out front and they would bring it to me. After waiting for over ten minutes I had to go inside and ask about my meal before I finally got my order. Chick-fil-A puts a premium on there food for effective and fast service which is not what I experienced today.
I was attended to by an associate named Coleman. He was very attentive and respectful I think he should be awarded best employee of the monthKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu
