Drink machine wasn’t working.At 11:30 the tables were not cleaned up.Food was tasteless.I never seen a floor so dirty.Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks .Just nasty.

The employee taking the payments was not friendly and when we notified her that the nozzles were not installed on the soda dispenser and the soda was shooting out sideways she made a face and ignored us. Then when another pair of customers notified her of the same thing she had the drive through make them drinks so I went to go get drinks from the drive through for us as well that lady asked why and I told her the same thing and she fixed them. The cashier kept the same sour attitude the entire time for customer after customer. Food was ok though!

I will never order from Chipotle again. The lobby was closed so we had to go through the drive thru our order wasn't sent by the time we got to the window so we had to go another round. (Our fault, ok fine) We got our order through, got to the window and they said they were out of chicken and couldn't substitute any meat so we had to call the chipotle line and get a refund. Wasted about an hour of time. Why couldn't they tell us when we were at the window the first time that they didn't have chicken so we didn't order that...Very frustrating. I will not recommend Chipotle to anyone, this was the 2nd time Chipotle has been absolutely unreliable.

I asked for double meat and I was given a small scoop of extra meat but they charged me for it when I pay double the price I expect a reasonable amount of meat on my burrito not to get ripped off and get the absolute bare minimum it's already overpriced as it is.

The worst location ever.Last week they overcharged me, instead of charging me for 4 bowls they charged me for 5 and I noticed until I got home. Today I stopped by at 8:30pm with 4 more people and they barely put any food in my bowl, they were out of fajita veggies, they don’t ever have vinaigrette.I spotted a big pan of chips in the back which is the reason I asked for a bag and the lazy employee said they didn’t any chips all for not having to go pack a bag (So for all those who don't know, those chips that they had in the back will all go in the trash because they don't save the chips for the next day, therefore that big pan of chips was a waste for the store)I come from Houston, my wife worked for chipotle 3 years so I know all the tricks, I’m used to the best service but this is by far the worst THE WORST location ever. It really sucks taking into consideration that this is the only location in Starkville and it’s being neglected 100% by the lazy employees working there. Do something chipotle I know the big ones be reading the reviews and they follow up with the store if they need to so please make this location better. It really sucks.

First time ever coming to chipotle and the young girl who was to take orders was very rude and unprofessional. One of us wanted a quesadilla did not know you can not order those there and she dead stares that you hv to order it and they don’t hv it (which makes zero sense) to which my step daughter asked where do I order And she just stares at her we once again state we have never been there before so I step In and say like she said we hv not been here ever where do you order she dead stared and rudely said “door dash” I told her she needed to get a better attitude and left. If you don’t like your job find another!!!

First time at this location since i just moved to the area and I was pretty disappointed. They were completely out of guacamole and it would take 20 minutes to cook steak. So I got what I could for both of my bowls, literally the most blandest food ever and I love Chipotle because of their flavors.

This place is GOD awful. After waiting outside for 45 minutes past opening, we chose to leave. This chipotle never has any food cooked past 8 PM. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to make changes.

The problem is not the food or the Chipotle fanbase, the problem is the incompetent managers, if there are ever any on the floor. You’re more likely due for disaster on weekends when they’re all out of food because someone is cutting corners on supply count or when you physically spasm when the employees make multiple, simple mistakes then proceed to be simply rude. It is somewhat worrying how anyone associated with this Chipotle does not see the issue all of their customers are. Do they even care?EDIT: 9 months later and I have more to say. The employees should really be told to layoff the Red Chili Sauce. They should be informed just how hot it is, because clearly they don’t know, and they almost ruin the meal every time just dumping it on there.
