This location is HORRIBLE and needs to be shut down. Management is horrible and something else could be built there to thrive in its place. Waited in Drive-Thru for 5-7 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. Only to drive around and see that there was work being done in Drive-Thru. No sign on the speaker and no one answered the headset to let people know work was being done. Went inside to wait another 5-7 minutes for my order to be taken after having to ask the cook if they were taking orders at that moment. Again, HORRIBLE!

There are 5 “workers” but only one is actually working. She’s taking orders at the register, orders at the drive thru and making all the ice cream orders. The others are literally doing NOTHING! So sad. Last time here.

I’ve given them several chances bc I love the one in Columbus and eat there frequently. Every single time I’ve been here it’s been the same thing. Rude workers, long waits, and food isn’t up to par. This time I ordered cheese curds with ranch and marinara at the drive through. Was rude to begin with. Took forever. Handed me the bag and I asked could I get one extra ranch. They responded with uh we don’t have any ranch just marinara. Ok. Wish I had known before I paid bc I wouldn’t have ordered that had I known. She asks is that ok in a very smart mouthed way. I mean we’ve already paid I guess it has to be. We leave. Get on down the road and look in the bag and they didn’t even give me the marinara they said was in there. This is by far the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Their attitudes and customer service are ridiculously lacking. The one in Columbus is amazing. Maybe they should take some notes.

I went to drive thru so not sure about atmosphere but those waiting on us were super nice and even gave my little weiner dog a pup cup!Kid-friendliness: We got chicken strip box. It came with a lot including a Sunday that was really yummy!

Order promptly taken. Order promptly filled. Attendant was professional. Location was clean. Location was easy to get in to. Location was easy to get out of. Food was served hot. Drinks and ice cream was served cold. I recommend this location.
We were the only people there and waited 20 minutes. The burger smelled so bad I had to trash it. It was pretty expensive for fast food especially to be trash.

The staff was super friendly. They stayed open until midnight on Thanksgiving. Food was hot and fresh. The kids got ice cream and it hit the spot. We did go through the drive thru it was super quick. Would go back while in the area!

Pulled into the drive through at 10pm on a Friday. They were already cleaning the restaurant and dinning area. When we started to order food they told us they were not serving food. We asked why and I was told that they were understaffed. So the restaurant hours are till 11pm but they do not serve food because they are understaffed?
