Had a lot of fun here the night before a game. Hung out with the owner and his good friend. Fantastic people. They only have a beer license, but I was fine with that. Great view of Main Street off the second floor patio. The crowd was mostly college kids in the interior, which is quite young compared to us, but out on the patio it was the older folks lol.

Love that this place has a balcony- was in town for work and was walking in the historical district- lived the name and that it had a balcony. It was a beautiful afternoon, just needed some fresh air and a drink. We sat for a couple of drinks- they only beer which was fine, the bartender was super friendly. Looks like it would be a great party place, but I was gone way before that time lol.

Hobie and i go way back to Greenville Ms. where we played some football together in high school. When i heard that he had this place in one of my favorite cities in Ms. I had to check it out ! place is AWESOME ! COLD BEER , and there are no other COLLEGE FOOTBALL FANS I'd rather hang with than some GREAT STATE FANS!!! GO BULLDAWGS AND HAIL STATE !!

I wanted my money back and they would not give it back! I was there less than 5 minutes and they were rude and I even talked to the manager and he told me the owner of the place would not give me my money back because he wants his money! Do not party here!

Great local spot. Alex the bartender was friendly and was full of information about the area. Also, I met Chip who was patron. Very friendly and full of information about the area. Great place to visit. They only sell beer, yet you can brown bag for a small fee. Definitely recommend.

It's VERY difficult to enjoy a beer with a punk kid wearing a "SECURITY" shirt walking around telling everybody to put their mask on... as he has his mask pulled down below his mouth... it's absolutely ridiculous!... the hypocrisy is astounding If u are STANDING UP u must have a mask on... but sitting down apparently we are all safe ... Hobies Rules not mine But 2 blocks away it's a different set of rules... no mask no problem... exponentially STUPID I'm not a law breaker... ,there is no law (btw).. and I am fine with following rules... but at least be consistent and not just getting your rocks off bullying people for not adhering to your made up rules... We won't be back... AND they don't serve whisky (just saying)... find a REAL BAR to spend your $

There are no mixed drinks available because they do not serve liquor. After 10 pm the female co-owner became abrasive when shutting down the outdoor order window when asked if that ordering from that location was a new rule. I then went to the restroom soon after before leaving and she attempted to kick me out when I was attempting to go back to my wife to lead her out of the establishment through the crowd. Used to be my favorite bar to avoid typical college crowds but will have to find a new bar.
