We came in on the night all restaurants were closed due to inclement weather. Kaylee and Seven were on this shift. They were both so warm and welcoming, and the cookies were so hot and soft! They really went above and beyond to make our experience amazing!

They close at midnight. I went in at 11:04 pm. The worker proceeded to tell me that I needed to hurry up and order because they got a long drive to get home and they're shutting down. Someone else asked when they closed and he said 12:00 and then proceeded to be hostile the whole time we were in there and hurrying us out even though it was an hour until close.

Order two 24 insomnia minis. Got them home and they were thrown in the box hot and were all stick/clumped together. What a mess. Purchased for a baby shower and totally unusable. ?Update- the manager called me. Was very nice and helpful. She refunded my money and also gave me a gift card for future purchases.
