While the taste of Little Caesar's pizza bears resemblance to Papa John's, its consumption might result in frequent visits to the restroom.

I get that the environment, customers, fellow employees etc. can be stressful, but the attitude from the manager was unnaceptable. I could tell there was an issue with an employee walking to the back, outside, and leaving the front unnatended. It was stressing the manager out and he walked out for a break. Nobody was at the front. I noticed another guy waiting for his food in front of me, and he seemed like he'd been waiting for some time and got his food about 10 minutes after I arrived. I didn't notice the employees cooking anything, so I politely asked the manager about how long the wait might be. I only asked because I figured if there was an issue and it would take 20-30 more minutes for a pizza and some cheese bread, I would just go somewhere else. She said "ma'am it takes 11 minutes to cook a pizza, it'll be out when it's ready" in a rude tone and walked away. Five minutes later, another employee handed me my order. When I tried to explain that one of my items was wrong, the manager told the other employee to "give her whatever she had so she can go" . Again, rude. Before that, she was complaining about another customer within earshot of other customers in the store. If a manager can't handle simple issues during a shift without having a nasty attitude towards employees and customers, they shouldn't be a manager. The manager was on shift January 6th or 7th at 2pm.

Solid pizza. Nothing cosmic, but you walk in-You walk out, and you got a pizza, sticks. and sauce for under $20. Really can’t beat it for a quick lunch.

The outside is dirty windows, dirty. The associate that was fixing the pizza was not wearing a hairnet or hat, which is definitely is a against health codes. but the manager on duty was friendly and polite.

my mom placed a order at 4:54pm and food wasn’t ready until 5:30 said that i would only take 5 mins, she ordered wings, crazy bread and a pizza . my sister said she seen wings in the warmer the girl took them out and squirted the garlic on them there’s no telling how long the wings was sitting there ! the girl had just told my mom that she had to drop the wings and still the wings was not fresh. the crazy bread is doughy and not even done ! the only thing that was done was the pizza

Just wondering how I called 4 times before I arrived and got no answer to see what pizza they had hot and ready. got there at 9:37 just for the workers to yell at me through the door that they were closed. when i mouthed back y’all close in 23 minutes they all laughed in my face and started talking to eachother and ignored me. it’s just funny cause how are you closed early with workers still there doing nothing, nor answering the phones. Went out of my way for disappointment and always have trouble with them picking up the phone.

This Litte Caesars needs a new owner. It's owned by an absentee franchisee that doesn't care about customer service. Tried to call in an order an hour before closing and they wouldn't answer the phone. Tried to submit an order online and they had stopped accepting orders for the night. So I went to the restaurant 45 minutes before closing. Hot n Ready guarantee is a joke. They only had one pizza not one type but one single pizza ready and were not cooking anymore so I reluctantly accepted a plain $5.99 pepperoni pizza. Little Caesars in West Point is owned by a gentleman in Starkville and so much better. They should let him buy the Starkville location so it would be managed as it should be.

The staff are the rudest I’ve ever seen in my life. I stood at the counter 10 minutes while the workers were standing there checking their phones.

Never answers the phone. Called 2 times and no answer. Let it ring over 1 minute each time.

I had my food door dashed. I got the cheese sticks and sauce and the bread was perfect on the edges but the middle of them was completely doughy.

I ordered a EMB pepperoni add bacon but Hey home and no bacon. I'm upset because I paid for the bacon and now I'm disappointed in Little Caesar.
