To go orders are a nightmare. Had to wait over 30 min for it to be ready and when given was missing one of the items I ordered.

The lady taking my order and who I presumed was the manager, was extremely sweet. They messed up my sandwich twice and I had to keep sending it back because they kept leaving tomatoes on it (I’m allergic). I would understand if it was busy, but there were only two other people in the restaurant.Before leaving, I asked for a refill on my lemonade, but I wanted to change flavors. When I asked the guy (taller dude with glasses) that was behind the counter, he was very passive aggressive and rude. He sarcastically asked, “So what, do you want me to dump it out and get the other flavor?” then made an annoyed facial expression and rolled his eyes once I said yes.Once the food was corrected, it was really good. The problem isn’t the food tasting bad nor the overall service. That one guy just shouldn't work in customer service if he can’t handle doing a refill without throwing a fit.

Highly recommend the French Dip and the Mac & Cheese. Never takes too long and staff is great. Lashone in the front recognizes my face and knows my usual order when I come in.

The staff at McAlisters is so helpful! Their new manager is very friendly and a hard worker. They even took time to show me how to sign up for rewards. Wonderful staff and great food!

would not recommend to go/ delivery. went to pick up for doordash and was forced to wait 30 mins to pick up a club sandwich and slice of cake. dine in orders seemed to be just as slow. do better I know dine orders take priority, but slow overall service is unacceptable.

Ordered southwest chicken avocado salad. Huge salad for 12$ and it has a small tablespoon of avocado. Not only do I feel ripped off but I was really craving avocado. Not cute.. literally a tablespoon of avocado. Update! I have have been very sick to my stomach since eating this salad.
