Beeping, the beeping, it was non stop. The wait took forever and the hoard of people that was swarming inside the establishment was unrelenting. This McDonald's location felt horribly managed in all aspects and terribly uncoordinated. When the food finally arrived I am not sure what I excepted other than McDonald's food which has gone down in quality over the years if you ask me. It tasted bland and overprocessed. Not to mention the price of every item on their menu has skyrocketed because people will still pay it. I will not make a habit of coming here.

Over the past few months every single time I have been to this Mcdonalds the food has been completely raw. It’s actually to the point its a health hazard and isn’t just a quality issue at the extent it is where its completely inedible.

They gave me a moldy burger and wouldn’t even give me my money back. I used to spend at least $30 per week at this McDonald’s but ever since this incident I have refused to eat any food from here. I would recommend everyone else do the same. You are more likely to die of aflatoxin poisoning than getting quality food from this restaurant.

I went to the first McDonalds on Highway 12 West around 9:30 pm. and placed my order for a Big Mac sandwich in the drive-through. I was told that they only had chicken. I then drove another 5 miles up the road to the other McDonald's and placed my order. Exited out the parking lot and opened the sandwich to find that the meat was cold and the cheese not even melted. Didn't feel like turning around, so I just microwave when I got home. I normally post pictures of my incidents but forgot. Customer service was great, though .

Everytime I attempt to go to this McDonalds; there’s a long wait. I understand it’s close to State and the traffic can be hectic. This particular time I went during spring break, most of the college students are gone. I went through the drive through, it was my car and another car, we waited in line for 10 mins or more. No one came on the intercom; so I drove around to see one worker just standing there staring at the drive through screens as if he/she was standing there just hoping cars would drive off because at that time the line was getting longer and ppl begin to drive off. So the complaint is this if you all need extra time to change registers ,catch up on orders, or etc. please have the courtesy of telling your customers that are waiting in the drive through. This has happened to me twice just sitting in the drive through waiting and having to drive off because no one is saying anything on the intercom.
This past two weeks their frappe machine is constantly always out.. They should definitely put that on the app before ppl order it!

The horrible manager on the night shift on 01-14-2024 should be fired immediately. After waiting for an hour for food, she came to the window FINALLY to be rude and give the wrong orders out. I have never received worse service or met such a bitter, nasty excuse for a person. There must be absolutely no one else to work there if she still holds a job.
