Can't recommend this place enough. Their food is so fresh and locally sourced. Great drink selection. Best breakfast sandwich and waffles I've ever had. Great burritos too.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop around. Awesome service every time. The coffee is very high quality and the staff work hard to make sure of that! My favorite coffee is a vanilla & caramel iced latte or their signature cold brew with simple syrup and milk. The raspberry muffin is my favorite baked good item- it’s heavenly ?

Pretty decent iced latte!! Tried a blackberry + vanilla iced latte!! Love that they make most of their own syrups

The breakfast menu here is THE absolute best. The breakfast burrito is by far the best thing of its kind. Packed full of fresh, quality meat and eggs it’s my go to menu item when I’m downtown and want a great bite to eat!

I’ve always had a soft spot for this place, but lately it seems like there’s been an issue with their kitchen and machinery, particularly with cleanliness. I ordered their dirty chai latte and there was a fly in the foam (why I didn’t notice it until the end). I don’t think I’ll be back for a while.

Great atmosphere to study and great food coffee, and tea! Would definitely recommend to a friend check it out, grab the breakfast bowl while you are at it

The atmosphere was comfortable. However, the breakfast menu was less than you would expect from a boutique coffee bar in old downtown Starkville. Expected to have an assortment of muffins similar to Starbucks and the like, but they did not have any "standard" muffins(eg blueberry, etc), rather just corn muffins. Coffee as in small cups and they charged for refills. I think I will head across the street to Starkville Cafe next time I'm in town. Advice to the owner, your location is spot on and the atmosphere is great, but the menu and lagniappe service to customers need attention. Keep trying, sit in the cafe and observe the customers and I'm you'll make the right changes for success!

Pretty good. The coffee kept me awake and focused. It didn’t taste dusty either.

My wife and I drove over 30 minutes to get breakfast and coffee there. When we walked up to the counter, the waitress said that we were 3 minutes too late for breakfast and that they wouldn't be serving lunch for another 30 minutes. We explained that we had driven over 30 minutes to eat there and asked to speak to the manager and the waitress told us that they were already breaking down breakfast. We were very disappointed. We never got to speak to a manager and the waitress didn't even offer us a slice of toast. My wife and I left without spending any money at this restaurant. Instead, we went down the street and had a nice meal with excellent service.

They charged us for food that they ran out of and didn’t offer us a refund. We received 1/2 of our order. We sat, waiting for the rest of the food, and I finally had to go to the counter to find out what was going on.No apologies. Just, “we are out of those.”No refund offered. I had to ask for a sausage muffin that they deigned to heat up for me. It tastes like cornmeal with sausage flavoring. The coffee is good. But the service was terrible.

Why are there SSSOOOO many flies in the basement? Not only annoying, but rather unsanitary. Fly strips would be very helpful!

Had to renew my plates and desperately needed a caffeine fix so my daughter and I decided to give this place a try. The frozen and iced coffees and the carrot cake we ordered were tops. However- they have outside seating, yet no food or drinks out there…??? and they serve their food and drinks in/ on glassware but then they don’t tell you what to do with it once you finish (btw, you bus your own table/dishes. Not complaining, just letting those that never been aware). Also, as I stated, the drinks were amazing, cake good, and we paid roughy $25. Honestly, I think it’s a little pricey considering the drinks were just average in size, you must stay in and eat and then bus your own table. But that’s just my opinion ?
