Apparently Pizza Hut uses DoorDash for delivery service now. Someone’s child brought my order to my door. The toppings were too big and the pizza border-lined undercooked. So disappointing.

I ordered a large pizza and wings. When I arrived, they said they couldn't make my wings because they had to "clean their fryer grease," which I'm not sure why they couldn't have called and told me that once they realized it was an issue. Apparently they also had to "clean" the sauce off of my Pizza too, as my Pizza was just a slice of bread with pepperoni on it.They gave me a $2 discount on my pizza and refunded my wings to compensate me. Looking back, I think the $2 discount was just them not charging me for the tomato sauce that they didn't put on my pizza.Not a good experience.

I placed my order on the Pizza Hut app.. few minutes later Pizza Hut called to verify my order..and helped me correct my order. I so appreciate Pizza Hut on Hwy 12 Starkville Ms..they have never disappointed me

If I could give 0 stars I would! These people will sell you wings without dipping sauce (because no one likes to dip wings right?), pizza with no marinara on it and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Someone please shut this place down... it's a waste of space at this point. Do better Pizza Shack..
I only hated it because of the lady at the door, there's only a certain amount of rudeness you can display upon the first three seconds in a building to make me not even want the pizza anymore

This pizza hut needs help. I ordered online and I didn't know that they were out of one of my toppings. When I went to pick it up I was ignored by the little lady employee because she couldn't find my order and there were 20 people behind me waiting. After several attempts at talking to this employee, another employee remembered that they had tried to call me because they were out of olives and didn't make my order. I had no missed calls on my phone from Pizza Hut or anyone else. I think they're short staffed and overwhelmed so I'll just make homemade pizza next time and stay away from Pizza Hut!
