HORRIBLEMy partner and I came in today THE worst costumer service! The lady had the rudest attitude I only ordered my bread, meat, and cheese after I was done my partner was about to order his. When the lady goes “ YOU SHOULD OF TOLD ME IT WAS TWO SANDWICHES SO I COULD OF MADE IT AT THE SAME TIME” I immediately was shocked because I work in customer service and I HAVE NEVER spoken to anyone like that nor do I expect someone to speak to me like that! I left the half made sandwich and left that place immediately no one is allowed to speak to me like that! And hope you work at that customer service!!

Food alway good. I was missing cheese off my sandwich and I said no green pepper they still put in it on my sandwich. Subway doesn't listen to customers orders at all. There service is not good.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service is HORRIBLE. One day during the week my boyfriend worked late and we saw Subway closed at 10:00 pm, so we went there at 9:30 pm (right after he got off work). As soon as we walked in, one staff member said, “lock the door. I don’t care who reports me. We’re not accepting anymore customers.” I understand it can be frustrating when customers arrive mins before closing, but we were there 30 min before they closed and their “open” sign was still lit. My boyfriend and I immediately lost our appetites for Subway, unlocked the door, and left. Worst staff ever!!!!

My girlfriend and I were looking forward to getting sandwiches from here all day yesterday (Wednesday). When we got off work, we immediately went, arriving at 9:30pm. They closed at 10pm. I thought this was fine, as I’m not the type to arrive 5 minutes before closing. Upon walking in, the workers complained about us being there and locked the door behind us, saying “I don’t care who reports me, I’m locking this door”. My girlfriend and I promptly lost our appetite for subway, unlocked the door, and left.I’ve worked in retail. I understand the dread of working late and having someone walk in. But to make your customers feel unwelcome and like a bother is not okay. Really unprofessional.

The location itself is fine. It looked clean and the employees were nice and helpful, but subways prices are RIDICULOUS now! $24 for two for longs when we can get two double meat, large whopper meals for that.

I stopped in here to ask for directions to the rental car place. Connie aka 'Con Con' told me that google had the East and West side wrong and then she gave me a ride to the other side of town. What a great city you all have.

The customer service is horrible and they are rude to their customers. The employees address the public in a hostile tone, laughs at the customers, and do not give customers time to tell them what they need on their sandwich. The manager was no help and just as rude as the employees. I will take my business elsewhere. Lately, Subways across the board have poor customer service and rude employees.
