Terrible experience. Online order was not completed. We paid for three sandwitches and when app told us the order was ready the staff inside told us they are closed and we won't get our order - that was paid for!!! We were asked to leave without explanation how to submit refund or complaint!

Second time they didn't have Herb and cheese so I had to settle with the regular bread and it felt like I was eating cardboard with some cold weird looking processed meat on it. Don't go to this subway they are meany heads.

They always have hard a** bread. I came in today and girl named Jevine (I think) had helped me in so much. She was polite and caring. Everytime I come in, she always greeted me and always showed respect to me. She always gave different options of sandwiches and other items in the menu. Usually, I would be treated wrong in this store. And my food was awful. That's why when I go in that, I only ask for Jevin. She is the best! By the way, I am 78 years old.

We went in and there was only guy behind the counter. Let me tell you that guy was AWESOME!!! He was running every station and helping multiple people. I don’t know where the coworkers or owner or anyone else was but that one guy KILLED IT. Super friendly super fast. He deserves a raise, taken out of the paycheck or anyone that didn’t show up to their shift that day.

If you get the right person they make the sandwich correct. If you get someone else they make it sloppy and dont know what "a little sauce means." They'll drench the sandwich in condiments.

As far as I am concerned, this is the ONLY subway in Starkville. We have three, but I won't go to the others. This one is clean, awesome, and the staff is amazing. One of them even helped my elderly mother to the car!!! You can't beat that. It touched my heart and to top it off, the food is fresh and on point!

Terrible! Ordered online and at both stores we have, it said they were open even though its the 4th of July. I paid with a credit card and they took my payment. As I watched the progress of our order it said it was being prepared then it said it was ready for pickup and to hurry. Well, i got there in 5 mins after ordering and waited and watched until the app said it was ready. Both stores were closed. Where did my payment go then? Very upset and disappointed!!

Can I say this is the best subway ever and Valerie is the best person you’ll ever meet.! She made the amazing veggie deluge and was very very kind and empathetic.! Thank you for making the subway sandwich feel like a food and for not rushing me like others do.! Please try it out. Thank you!!!!!

I didn’t think it was possible for something to take as long as GETTING LUNCH AT SUBWAY?!?! There was one person in front of me and I was in there for over a half hour for my one little 6 inch sandwich. I have never seen anyone make sandwiches so slowly in my life. And this is a recurring problem. The amount of times this subway’s toaster over has been down, card reader not working, drinks broken, etc is absolutely ridiculous. Sorry excuse for a subway! Should have a completely new staff because the employees there currently can’t seem to handle more than 1 customer at a time.

Very poor quality staff who wear pants around knees, have headphones in, use gloves for trash and food prep, don't wear masks. This location is often out of alot of ingredients and has equipment issues regularly.
