It is taking way too long to move thru the drive-thru. I spent 30 minutes sitting in a drive-thru. I used to work fast food specifically at a drive-thru at Wendy’s. I don’t know what’s going on or who’s managing this location but it seriously needs process improvement. There is no reason I should have to wait 15 minutes, then pull up to the speaker and wait another five minutes to place an order because the lady is getting on the microphone not to ask me what can I get for you but could I hold for a minute every single time. Then another ten from telling her about the mobile order until the time I got my food.

Pilot/Wendys was being remodeled when I was there, for a recent trip, the parking lot was even repaved!!!Parking: Repaved recently!!! Great parking, Truck Parking, Gas Parking, Wendys Parking!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in front entrance

My pookie bear was working there and gave me free burgers!! Please promote them they were proposing to me at the cashier then everybody got up and started clapping such a cute experience Everyone screamed "cuteness overload!!" And wedding music started playing
Typical Wendy’s. Drive through was overwhelmingly crowded so we parked and went inside which was the right choice cause it was empty there and food was done rather quickly. The coke machine was fully stocked, nothing was out which was also rather convenient. Can’t go wrong with this Wendy’s is what I’d say.

Waited in line for 5 minutes, upon reaching counter said give me a second and decided to walk off for another 8 minutes. Employee said he had guests and he said “I see them I’ll get to them” we waited another minute or two and left. Never heard from anyone.
