I love wing stop...but this particular location is the worst place I've ever gone to. I was served fragments of wings and cold voodoo fries. All the staff wanted to do was talk on phones and what was going on the weekend.. Very dissatisfied

Had an online order. buffalo ranch fries was thickly cut like potato wedges (and i know wingstop fries do not look like that) and it was cold in some parts of the food. Cajun tenders were okay, 6pc boneless mix&match wings were cold and little. Sprite tasted like cleaning products. Workers were very nonchalant it’s like they didn’t want to work. Customer asked cashier was he ready for him to say his order and cashier just stood there. Told another customer that they were better off getting a drink from the corner store. Store didn’t take cash (wasn’t posted anywhere). Other customers waited 10+ minutes for food.

unfortunately the people here hate their life and job so dont expect any good service. food used to be good but its been a downtrend. I recommend driving to tuscaloosa or tupelo for wingstop. Also day shift is way happier to deal with.

Food is good, service is horrible, and that’s being conservative.They don’t take cash, which they don’t mention until after you order, didn’t have ice but didn’t mention that either or offer it.Drink machine down even tho I bought a drink, didn’t mention that.This is just one employee I’m referring to, idk how it runs when other people are working, but she was the worst, rude and could care less about you or your order.

Food is great; employees are terrible, they do not care one bit about customer service or having an order out on time or even doing the order right, the woman who gave me my order told me to check to make sure it was right meaning they have a history of messing up orders. If you order ahead double the expected time to prepare. Employees also let a line build up in store just because they were in the back chatting and laughing. The store needs to fire and rehire everyone and actually have some standards with who they hire.

It tasted old and very dry. I was not pleased and neither was my sister who loves Wingstop. I won’t be able to patronize here again, especially considering I am not fond of Wingstop already.

My husband and I patronized this establishment (Wingstop #777) in Starkville, MS on today 09/29/2023 @ 12:45 PM. We ordered a 8 piece classic wing combo and a 6 piece wing combo. The person at the counter was Not friendly at all. She did not greet us or return my greeting. She barely spoke at a conversational level and I could barely understand her. After we ordered, she stated we do not take cash. Only cards. She never asked what kind of dip we wanted with our wings or were we dining in or carryout. She did not give us a cup for our drinks, so we had to get our own cups. The sweet tea tasted disgusting ? and I immediately emptied it out. There was a large bathroom roll of paper towel on the counter for napkins. After we finished eating, there were no trash receptacles in the dining area. So we left the trash on the table. I don’t think we will visit this Wing Stop again.

What have y’all done to the ranch dressing, watered down! Come on now, that used to be the best. This store has really went down hill. Greasy chicken and old vegetables. Top it off you can’t even talk to a person to place an order or complain. New management is no excuse, I’ll take my hard earned money down the street next time.

Didn't give us fries with order which took forever to get. Drink machine limited to fruit juice and sprite. No tea. Roll of brown bathroom towels used for napkins. Terrible r&b music playing. Wings are OK, if that's all you're getting. Left out extra sauces we paid for. Won't be back. This place is worse than BWW and that's saying something.
