I got the half order of seafood fries and was not disappointed. The portion size was very good and the taste was good too, just wish there was a little more bacon?. Service was nice as well. Can’t wait to come back and try something else!

I wish I could have done 0 stars I’ve been here a few times and never encountered having to wait for over an hour then to be told that they can’t no longer serve me dine in but I could order to go no one ever called me to let me know before I waited an hour it was a waste of my time and I will definitely never return because it could’ve been better handled not only that I will no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone I usually come with a big crowd when I come but it was handled so poorly

Everytime I call they closed. The online website says they are open at 7 pm but called and they are closed. Hours are 7 pm to 9 pm but I can't never place my order online. I don't understand it. I love the food but the customer service is not great due to the fact you can't call and place an order. You have to go in place it smh. Defeats the purpose of calling an order in to save time waiting. ??♂️??♂️

Usually WTF is really good, which is why I return, don't think I'm returning. I ordered wings and a salad. The wings were definitely not fresh. It was as if they warmed previously cooked wings and tossed them in the sauce. The taste was even worse. I threw them in the garbage before I could get a picture. The fried chicken on the salad was also old. They warmed it and put it atop the other ingredients. This is a very inconsistent restaurant.

Third attempt at ordering to go since living in Starkville……..….. all during business hours and told they were closed when someone finally answered ……. All before 5pm and when we asked “oh I’m sorry, what are your hours?” we are told on the phone…….. “oh……. Ummmm…..11-7.” With no response to “why can’t you take my order if you’re open?” Sadly my “in person” experience and response was an almost empty restaurant…… we were told it would be two hours till we could be seated and we should go somewhere else…….and there were max two tables seated with no one waiting and no one at the takeout window.

The burgers are legit. Do not get the double cheeseburger unless you are hungry. It is FAT!
Well I went in to order takeout. I did not see anything about automatically gratuity. But if that’s already added . Why did it ask me if I wanted to tip. It’s getting over on people. Then when I called to asked why there was a $10 charge and the girl was rude and hung up said oh well when I expressed it wasn’t right being charged all that on a take out. But I will not be returning and I will make sure I tell about my experience.

This was my first time visiting since i was @ MSU, I decided to give it a try. Overall I liked it. It's a good place for college students, and quick bites to get full on. Our wait wasn't long to be seated. Our waitress was wearing her mask which is good for covid 19, and the place was clean. I had the grits and fried catfish which was plenty! I was full and had to take some food home. My daughter had the "sophomore 30" which included a burger, wings, and loaded fries. She loved the lemon pepper wings. I had a sweet tea to drink, which was sooo good. The only thing that kept me from giving this establishment 5 stars was that they only have bottled drinks and there's no refills. So if you want another sprite...you get changed for another sprite.

Good food but literally the worst customer service. I don’t mind if food takes long, but we are literally always the only ones there and maybe they’d have better business if they picked up the phone when called :)

No service at all the wait for the food is absolutely ridiculous. There is 1 table besides us and it has taken 50+ minutes to get my food. The waitress came to my tabe 1 time!!! Highly do not recommend!!!!!!
