We were traveling and driving through Tupelo. We stopped at Chili's for a meal we thought would be delicious. The waitress was clueless about the free chips and salsa we get for being a chilis rewards member. She didn't know how to ring it up. Then I had a $15 off that I didn't get to use because she didn't know that you couldn't use both. I was not happy. They need to know the rules or ask a manager beforehand!!! I would have used my $15 off reward over chips and salsa! Chicken was terrible. And my son's quesadilla was burnt. We didn't have time to send back since we were traveling. It was a bummer as we were starving. Be aware if traveling through.

Used to love Chili's. We used to go weekly. This was the final straw for us. We live in a different town and just hoped it was bad at the ones around us, but 5 states away, the food was still bad, the service was horrible, complaining the entire time. Food didn't taste good, multiple errors, service was bad.

No one there acts like they want to be there it took almost 20 mins to get a drink when I'm sitting at the bar. No one is ever up front to great you. If you want to be even more depressed after leaving a restaurant then go to this one. Worst restaurant in tupelo hands down.

The bartender was not very familiar with the wines offered. I asked what chardonnay they had and he listed all the whites, only 1 of which was a chardonnay. The skillet queso has changed, and not for the better. It tasted like nacho cheese from a can and had a little meat, but definitely not the chili it used to have in it. The Southwest eggrolls were gross. They were very greasy and had likely sat in the window too long.

I ordered our meal to go for pick-up. It was made and delivered on time and was super easy to order and customize online. Everything was delicious. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they were very tender with the exception of the last half of one steak which was closer to rare; which is in my opinion a risk you take ordering medium rare. Everything was still very good and the whole experience was very quick and simple. The price was very reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this particular location and service ?

My Wife and I were I Tupelo, MS. this weekend contacting clients. We own the Mississippi Franchise for Gecko Hospitality. we recruit Restaurant Managers throughout Mississippi. We went to Chili's for lunch, (By the way, this Chili's location is not currently a client of ours ).Quite frankly, our expectations weren't that high. BUT, we were absolutely blown away with the food quality and cleanliness of this restaurant! Our server was very knowledgeable about all the menu items and extremely pleasant. The food was piping hot and tasty! Once again proving the fact that a restaurants reputation TOTALLY depends upon the Leadership in the restaurant. The GM (Rob), even took the time to sit with us.Keep up the great work!

This place is horrible. The kitchen staff plays to much instead of getting the food out. From being a manager and dealing in restaurants business horse playing is a no. But hey team work reflects leadership and leadership reflects team work. They really need improvement on the staff and management. I will not be back. But I would fire the crew but start with management.
