Chillin' - N - Grillin'

Arriving just prior to 4:00 on a Friday afternoon there was no one at the welcome stand to seat us, and very few customers in the restaurant. I went to the rest room, going by two employees at a table on the way and when I emerged my wife was still standing at the welcome stand without anyone having greeted her. Took my two birthday kids here. Made them aware what the day was thinking they catch the huge hint of what we needed to make my kids day. One of my birthday kids received her meal well after my steak kid. My egg rolls were doughy tasting, was basically told that’s how they suppose to taste. Confusion between managers , one would honor a swap the other wouldn’t. This by far must be the worst Chili's ever. The staff was rude, and after I finished my meal I went to use the restrrom. On the way to the restroom you can see inside the kitchen. I was sickened. It was dirty with chips and food on the floor that I could tell had been there for some time. The chips had been walked on. I will never step foot inside this Chili's again.
