I was decently happy with my cake! Some of the details were a bit lost in translation (the numbers were meant to be a different color and only numbers 1-20 were supposed to be on there) but overall the cake was stunning! My husband thought the extra numbers were hilarious as I thought he would so I didn't bother having them correct it though I'm sure they would have been happy to! The consultation for the cake was easy peasy and everyone I met was very nice there! It also smells absolutely heavenly in their shop.

The cakes are delicious, but there are a few ladies that work there thats EXTREMELY RUDE. I gave them 2 stars because, their customer service needs to be equally as good, if not better. Its the customers that's keeping you in business. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back there again. And losing 1 customer might not matter, but I'm sure I'm not the only one they've been rude to. What if everybody decided to spend their money else where? Would it matter then? If you hate your job, find another one. But whatever you decide to do. Lose the nasty attitude first. I'm very disappointed and was ashamed to share my experience to people i bragged about y'all to. Smh

Creative Cakes had such a big part in making my Christmas wedding come to life! I let them know the vision I had in my head for my dessert table and they executed it perfectly! Everything looked amazing and tasted even better! They are so professional and helped out tremendously in setting up the table after a storm brought us some bad luck that day with setting things up!
