I order delivery from here all the time. Now typically I don’t mind waiting(as I’ve done MULTIPLE times before with this store) but the last few times I’ve ordered from here, it has taken HOURS to deliver the food I order. I never have an issue with the food, it’s always warm if not hot. But it is a little aggravating having to wait for hours.

I know businesses get busy but to call in an order before 7pm and it hasn't been delivered by 10pm I'm judging the quality of the food now. Would have left zero stars.

Absolutely horrible say in the drive thru line 10 minutes waiting for someone to come several people walked by the window never stopped I tried to call the phone and it rang then said they were busy helping other customers we were the only car in the parking lot they had no customers in the facility. Absolutely horrible then the woman who finally came to the window was rude this is why I prefer papa John's

Left the Kat Williams comedy show. All other restaurants in the area refused service after their closing time. But no ! Domino pizza stayed open until every customer in the parking lot was served. Thank you to the manager and her crew for maintaining their professionalism throughout this hectic night.
Had an online pickup order today at 2:00 p.m. order number four under my mother's name I arrive it'll be 5 more minutes for my pizza okay cool continue to wait for about 5 to 10 more minutes for them to tell me my second pizza was never put in the oven I understand accidents happen but they asked me to move to the front and they would bring the food out to me ended up leaving around 2:20 I'm not mad at the lady she was very pleasant African-American lady that had to go deliver a pizza she came out and said we'll give you something extra so sorry for the trouble she left for the delivery a gentleman comes out with my pizza one of them is significantly warmer than the other so when the mix-up happened they didn't bother to remake the first pizza that took me about 20 minutes to get after it was cooked so lukewarm pizza with a hot and fresh pizza and I got an apology but that's not making it right that's just rushing to make the second pizza and giving me a lukewarm Pizza I'm not thrilled about the service and I probably won't be back

Ordered a pizza extra cheese, and there was no extra cheese. I spoke to a guy named johnathan. He wanted to issue me a partial credit for a pizza that I paid full price for. Or bring the pizza back and have them remake it.
