it’s pitiful!! i paid $10 for a complete disaster !! this is ridiculous that my order is never right, the tea is old and they wouldn’t even put ketchup in my bag horrible service !!

Just went through Jacks at 2:45 on 3/25/2023, the guy taking the order kept asking if we were done everytime we said anything. Once we were done, we were missing 2 orders of fries, lettuce was on my sandwich which makes me really sick, so can't even eat that. Like they werent even busy and customer service just really sucked. ? too busy looking at his phone to get my order right. Will not be back!
