We have been coming here since it opened 4 or 5 years ago. The service and speed has really dropped off. Orders were wrong and people handing sandwiches back over the counter. They tried to salvage ingredients from one to the correct bread rather than make the sandwich correctly. There is no more Freaky Fast at this location. The attitude of the sandwich makers was such that they were disappointed they had to be there. Only positive is the guy at the register was pleasant.

Not so “freak fast”. The service here has declined to the point of glacial pace. You may get your sandwich an hour or so after you order, regardless if you scheduled a specific delivery time or ordered “asap.” They’ve also developed a bad habit of forgetting sides, drinks, or dressing your sandwich. The workers are exceptionally friendly and I’ve never has an unkind word spoken to me but the slow service can’t be ignored.

3rd time in a row that I’ve placed a mobile order only to show up and have to wait for them to make it in front of me. Doesn’t this business advertise speed as its main selling point? It’d be different if the store was filled with customers or had a lack of employees, but this is not the case.

Our after church lunch experience wasn't what we had hoped. When we arrived, every table was dirty, so we did that awkward stand-next-to-the-table thing hoping an employee would notice. They didn't. We eventually wetted a napkin and wiped down our own table. It wasn't busy, with only one other family in the restaurant, and no tables were wiped down during the hour we were there. The bathrooms were filthy! The young man making our food didn't have his hair secured (he was wearing a ball cap, but his long hair was sticking out in every direction), and his stomach was exposed and touching the prep table as he worked. It was very unappetizing. Our orders were correct, but the sandwiches were bland, and the toppings weren't evenly distributed. The CO2 was out in the drink machine in the dining area, but instead of checking on it when we notified the employees, they tried the machine behind the counter and said it was fine. Flat sodas for us. We expected more for the $30 we spent on 2 combos. I've ordered at the drive-through before, and that was a much more pleasant experience, probably because I didn't see what was going on inside. Still expensive for what I got, but more pleasant.

I order from Jimmy John's a little more than I care to admit. Our local Jimmy John's is great! The inside of the store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The bathrooms are always kept in working order and they even have a drive through! The only negative I can come up with is they do have a habit of forgetting condiments specified on orders. Maybe 1 out of 8 orders will have mayo or oil and vinegar missing from the sandwich. However, they've never forgotten my sides or drinks!Pro tip: you can schedule your order to arrive exactly when your lunch is!
