Non-friendly window employees. It was pouring down rain and I could hardly see menu. I asked if I could come to the pick up window to ask questions and place order. I was told that I could ask my questions from where I was. I told them thank you and left. No order placed. I was the only customer in line.

Not happy, had to wait for chicken to cook no problem but I ordered a 12 piece with 2 mash potatoes and slaw plus a extra slaw add a large drink. After waiting 10 minutes get order drive 15 miles homes and they forgot my extra slaw, after paying $50.66 they tell me to drive back up there and they would make it right, really in traffic that's 45 minutes to a hour and when I get home my food would be cold.

The food was really good but the lady who took our order was NOT friendly and did NOT seem to be in ANY hurry to get orders out. Other staff members were very nice and helpful. Restroom was nasty and disgusting.
