This is 3rd or 4th time in the span of a few months I've visited this establishment. Each time they have screwed my order up. This time I ordered the Famous Bowl with a side of coleslaw. How in the world do you get an 8 piece nugget meal with macaroni and a biscuit from a Famous Bowl?!?

Three separate times, various days and times, I have been told by this KFC on West Main in Tupelo, MS, that they do not have any pot pies. On Saturday at noon, the date of this review they are out again! Who does not prepare for the lunch crowd on a Saturday! I will NEVER return to that KFC ever again. I hope that one goes out of business!!! I drove away with nothing.

The customer service leaves much to be desired. They have no problems charging you for items, the just have a problem giving them to you. I have sent many emails to corporate and they always tell me how sorry they are that I had issues and they’ll have someone get in touch with me, but that has yet to happen. It might just be better to drive the extra few miles to one of the Gloster stores.

Had to wait a long time for some of order to be cooked. The only part of the family meals we liked was the Mac & cheese. It was quite good. The chicken was very greasy. Very disappointed in the entire experience, especially after seeing the price! Talk about OVERPRICED!!!!

Every time we've been the staff is very nice and helpful.
The worker attitudes here are better than their counterparts at Taco Bell just down the street. They are prompt to take your order but do it with a small attitude. I am wondering if any fast food joints in Tupelo actually teach proper customer service, or even know what courtesy means.

The lady at the DT window was sweet & did a wonderful job. I didn't like the manager getting an attitude with me. But the crew member was wonderful. I'd give her 10 out 10, wish I could put her name.

Do not order for delivery we never get what we pay for. Sometimes we do not even get an 8 piece. We barley ever very white meat. They still charge you full price even if you only get wings. We payed over 40 dollars for 3 drums 2 wings and one thigh. You do the math.
