I haven’t been in a McDonald’s in years. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee was delicious and hot. Order was served promptly. This was during the busy Saturday morning breakfast rush. You do have to order through the free standing kiosk or on the app so if technology is not your favorite, you could just do the drive through.

Food was great but the Customer service was AWFUL ! The women Michelle that works there was very rude . An many people around even said the exact same thing . I was chasing my toddler around the play area which was loud so I didn’t hear when they called me and she wanted to get pissy and come slam the food on the table and had an attitude because they had been calling me . My daughter and I will not be back . They need new workers .

People are walking in and walking right out because there's no one at the register to take orders. Some people don't know how to use the kiosk or they're in a hurry so they prefer to order at the register. Also, I selected for my order to brought to the table that I was sitting at, and it wasn't. Why have the option for them to bring your food to your table if they won't do it? All of this I've just described is why I rated the service a 1 star. Now I really enjoyed the iced coffee I got. It was delicious and so were the sausage and biscuits.
This is ridiculous! I went through the drive thru, and the guy asked for my order. I was about to give it and he said one moment. I have been waiting in line for 12 minutes and no one has spoken to me!!

Had a mobile order for a large fry and large Oreo frappe, I waited like 5 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally tasted my order they literally made my frappe a caramel one and tried to cover it up by sprinkling Oreos on top, you can clearly see the caramel drizzle and it tastes like the caramel one, not the new Oreo one as I've tried it once before. It was also pretty melted. The fries were hot but not very salted at all, very disappointed.

I heard the Grimace shake was delicious. Unfortunately I wouldn’t know because the employees at this McDonalds are TOO LAZY to clean the d*** ice cream machines. I went to this location THREE days in a row and was told, “OUR ICE CREAM MACHINE DOWN”. These machines should be working all summer long!
