The shellfish is entirely too close to other foods which poses a huge risk of cross contamination for people with seafood allergies. The seafood or shellfish needs to be on its own dedicated buffet.

We used to enjoy New China Buffet. After our last two visits, we've decided to not go back. The food was cold and not very flavorful. It's a shame, since Tupelo doesn't have many Chinese food establishments.
