The meal was disappointing overall. The only redeeming aspect was the salad. My chicken and shrimp carbonara lacked flavor despite my attempts to enhance it with salt and pepper. I was craving Olive Garden, but in hindsight, I might have been better off grabbing some chicken from a gas station.

I absolutely adore this place. The food is delicious and great priced. They have a wide verity too. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. Soft, warm lighting, classic Italian music, cozy interior design and everything is clean. I highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs here, plus coloring sheets for the kids to enjoy.

This is the second time in a row that we’ve came and it’s taken way too long for us to get our food. Even though all the food taste good. It was not hot in the bread was hard. Our waitress was very nice and very apologetic that it was taking long than usual to get our food in both occasions. But this time we waited, literally an hour and a half before our food ever came, numerous groups of people that came in after us had already received their food and left. I don’t think I will be coming back there in the near future unless I hear things have changed. .Ron
I got the tour of Italy and ended up getting food poisoning. Was probably a one of thing. Food was kinda plain though. Not sure if there was something wrong with chicken or what.

I stopped at this Olive Gaden today just to grab a to go order. The lady at the hostess station was amazing and walked me to the to go order counter, with a smile and a warm greeting. After I ordered, the hostess asked me if I wanted something to drink while waiting. The young lady that took my order was friendly and attentive. She asked me to wait on one of the couches and then brought my order to me. After the customer service I have been receiving at other places of business lately, this was a very refreshing experience! Thank you
