The only good food was the shrimp. They were large and good.the orange chicken was too hard and the beef and broccoli no flavor and beef was chipped up. It was not good at all.

Second time in a row I haven’t gotten all of my food after having to wait in the parking lot. Very frustrating.

Served a noticeably smaller portion size than other locations serve. They didn't cut up the grilled chicken like you're supposed to prior to serving as well (make seating more difficult. Didn't ask for my rewards code. They also forgot the fortune cookie. All this while the store was empty too so they weren't rushed or anything.

Had a pickup order and Everytime I come here the bowls be empty and employees walking around playing. I order beef and broccoli and I get to store and saw that that bowl only had 4 pieces of broccoli In it. They said I have to wait so they can make some more . 20 minutes later I get my food and realized instead of making a batch of beef and broccoli they gave me the scraps with only cold broccoli and dried out partially fried rice. This place is not cheap to be doing people wrong !

Food was good, but only had 4 selections at 1 in the afternoon. And nothing else would be ready for 15 minutes.

DT only due to shortage of staff. Food was good... but mainly because a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free was received in the mail. If paying full price, not much food for the value. The price for a "bowl" is only $2 less than a BUFFET at the Chinese restaurant across the street!

Ate here with my husband and daughter. When we arrived no one greeted us. I can get past that. Upon walking to the counter we were asked what we wanted by the short girl (no name tag that I saw) I proceeded to let her know what my daughter wanted, but she rushed me through her whole order in the most rude way. I couldn't think for her asking what else, what else, what else. Got done with ordering hers which was Chow mein, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. My husband ordered next. He ordered FRIED RICE and the girl put Chow mein on his plate. Didn't care to hear she put the wrong side on there. He also got Beijing Beef, Orange chicken and Black Pepper Angus Steak. He was rushed through his ordering as well. When I ordered, I got Chow mein, Black Pepper Angus Steak, and Beijing beef. I was also rushed. Ordered drink, paid which had to be done through the drive through till, then sat down. I didn't realize the Black pepper Angus steak had mushrooms in it until i opened my husbands plate to give it to him and caught a glimps of a small one. Looking at it in the pan you couldn't see ANY mushrooms. I am highly allergic and cannot have them. I asked the girl if it had mushrooms because im allergic and she said yeah just pick them out. I told her I was going to order another plate, she laughed and said oh my g** what do you want as your other side. I explained it doesn't work that way. I cannot have anything on that plate due to it being a anaphylactic allergy. She got loud and said, "well I can't give you another plate." I never asked for free replacement plate. I specifically asked to ORDER another plate and pay for it. She then proceeded to tell me to hang on and started taking a drive through order. The cook, who was extremely professional came up and said ill get her you go do that. He took my order everything went smoothly with him. When waiting to pay 2 male workers struggled to "unlock" a already unlocked door after (according to the cook) being outside for 2 hours riding the clock. 1 of the male workers who came in rung up my order and took my payment at the front till this time. Afterwards those 2 specific workers were having some unprofessional conversation for the entire lobby to hear.Looking back at reviews clearly nothing will be done, but this is my experience so do with it what you will.Parking: Decent parking, you can ONLY turn right when exiting parking lot.

Food was good but the place was dirty, atmosphere was bad as we listened to the front workers smooch and hug while we ate our food. Very unprofessional.

My drive-through experience was super speedy and the young man working the window was great. Too bad the food wasn't very good. The fried rice had no flavor and the orange chicken was very dry and overcooked. I was the only person in the drive through at 12:15, even though traffic around the mall was bumper to bumper. I'm afraid the food was the reason for that. My lunch photographed well, though!

Only gave good 3 stars because my wife and son said the chow main was really tough, as if it had set up in the warmer too long. Mushroom chicken and rice was marvelous.
