Had 50$ bill to pay for my delivery order.. told lady taking my order. Delivery driver shows up and acts like we're giving him counterfeit money. Starts to trip and states we've had a lot of counterfeit money. Like what does that got to do with me. Not a professional way to approach customers. Can't make customer's feel uncomfortable by paying for food with their hard earned money. Weird! Won't order again I'll take my cash elsewhere

Went to go pick up my pizza today at around 6:30 PM. The guy who checked me out took my money and refused to give me my change even though I overpaid. I assume he was frustrated because I didn't tip him. This was a pickup. And the guy wasn't even a driver, he was just simply there so that I could pay. He had a beard and a mustache. Caucasian. Hopefully this guy loses his job as a result of this post. I'm baffled at the audacity of this guy and the lack of ethics at this location.

Placed a family order for delivery. Delivery never showed up. I called asking where is my food because it has been over an hour and thirty minutes I was told they don't deliver to my area where I live that I would have to com pick my food up. I pick up cold food and payed for delivery when I had to pick it up myself the people where rude the food was cold

I placed an order and the “delivery guy” kept it and wouldn’t answer my calls. This guy said he left it at the front desk, but the front desk never saw a guy from “ Pappa John’s”

Ordered pizza to the hospital on 11/24/23. Waited patiently in the lobby for 1.5 hours. Called the local store and was told that they had delivered the pizza to me. This was simply not true. I waited for calls and received none. I was trying to feed my guests with PapaJohns but they were unable to fill the ticket. Later I found out that the driver simply abandoned the pizzas on a table in a huge lobby without notifying us. More people who simply don't care. If you can't deliver pizzas properly, what is your next step in life.
Nothing wrong with the service, we just did not like the taste.

As soon as I walked into the store I was met with vulgar language and rude behavior from one employee who thought it was exceptional behavior. I thought papa John's was a family friendly establishment, but I must be mistaken. From now on I will be dining at a different establishment that respects families and has better morals.

He stated, " Get the fuck out of here", "fuck you motherfuckers", "you people are the bane of my existence" and other vulgar language. I was appalled such terrible language was allowed. The manager never commented on his vulgar language.
