Ordered my meal online at 5:04, still was not ready by 6. One lady was stuck working up front while her “manager” was slowly training someone and giggling and joking while the line was wrapped around the building and a line formed inside. I cancelled my order and got a refund.

Customer service was awesome and my order was fresh and delicious!
We ordered the big box for delivery and the pizza was still raw. It was 38$ and we gave him 100$ he said he didn't have change, so we told him to keep the change.. almost a 60$ tip and the food still was

We called the store to order because we were visiting and at a hotel. The csr that answered was very rude and said they don’t deliver there, when I asked him what store to call for delivery he said “I don’t care” and hung up on me. Then I got on the website to order instead. I placed my order and was told the total and paid. They said 66.89 was the total the charged my card 70.77. I called back to verify that they had the right information for the order and they sent my order to door dash and gave the dasher an address for Walmart. When I got my order it was overloaded with grease and burnt. I recommend choosing any other pizza place if you are visiting Tupelo.

We ordered twice from them lately and the first time, the cheese pizza tasted like it had chemicals in it. It was horrible. We called and told them and the manager said we could return it and either her another pizza or a free one for next time. We chose to get a free one next time. So. The next time we ordered and once again, the cheese pizza was horrible and tasted of chemicals. We called and told them it happened again and she said they would refund us the money. My husband went to get the refund a couple weeks later and the manager said “ we changed our system so we can’t give you a refund now “. We were furious. The pizza is horrible now and they don’t stand by their word. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
The food is great. The only problem is you can't use your points because the site won't let you

Sign outside reads Pick Up and Delivery but does not read ONLY so we stopped in while traveling thinking we could dine in....NOPE! Kid you not, a whole empty dining room and not allowed to sit and eat. Didn't expect to be served but can't even sit? Ok PH! I'm picking up what your putting down. Who's business model is this?!?!
