My daughter said this place was awesome and I had to try it. I was initially excited, then concerned as there were zero patrons, and a young lady mopping the dining area. There were a couple cars in the drive-thru though. We opened the door and asked twice if they were open for dining?The mopping young lady said nothing. Another young lady appeared from the back and I asked again. She affirmed and we proceeded. She asked what we wanted and as I approached I told her I wasn’t sure because I’d never been there before. She asked if I’d been to Chipotle, She said we’re basically the same. I’d not been there either. She said it’s like a Mexican subway. Lol! Okay.I got a chicken quesadilla combo with fixins; queso, salsa, and guacamole. Not bad, tasted pretty fresh. Not impressed with the guac (bitter)or queso (plain, but consistency was good). Salsa was good. The Mango Lime drink was a wonderful option instead the usual sodas.As soon as we sat down, the 2 young ladies were on their phones. One sitting on the countertop. We finished and I went to the restroom. NO TOILET PAPER. The dispenser was empty. ? I had to stand awkwardly, drip and open cabinets in the restroom to get some.The got soap, and sink would not come on. So aggravating.Being on their phones was not really a big deal until I discovered the empty TP holder. When my husband went to ask for a to go box for my food, the girl watched him walking up but didn’t get off the counter until he asked for a to go box. She turned around got one, jumped down to hand it to him and then jumped right back up there.About the food, I think it was overpriced considering what you get. Nothing to write home about.A nice alternative, if you’re reading this and in Corinth, try V. Taco!! You won’t regret it!! * The to go box was for my chickens. Let’s see if they like it!

Got a Burrito and a 8oz queso didn’t come with chips and It was like 20 bucks this is ridiculous you’d think for $20 and me getting queso I’d get some chips

Holy taledo! A bowl with chips and a med drink is 16.00. There’s a reason why your store is empty, your prices are way too high. Moe’s offers the same thing for 10. The chips are included with all meals and 1 off on Monday’s. Too bad there’s no Moe’s near by but look for this chain to be short lived with those prices. People want value!!!!!

Worst experience in a long time. I had trouble ordering online and got kicked out twice only to have to start over. After getting frustrated, I called and the shift leader refused to take my order over the phone even though I told her I was having trouble ordering. She actually said her manager told her not to take phone in orders and suggested door dash which gets a mark up on the menu items in addition to the delivery charge. How do you sell to people who aren’t tech savvy? What happens if your app or website are down?? If it were just for me I would have gone elsewhere. I won’t ever order again.

This was my first time going into this place. I loved the atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. The various options made it hard to pick just one meal because everything looks so delicious. I decided on a beef burrito bowl and chips and queso. The chips have a delicious seasoning on them and the queso is AMAZING. my burrito bowl was good too but definitely have to go back because the family pack looks like such a good deal and the food is definitely worth it. Definitely recommend this one.

I have ordered togo from thier app. They have crubside pickup service restaurant member just came right away to hand me my food . I haven’t event select I am here on app. Thanks for super fast service. The everything comes in. large hard taco shell. Loved the test . The taco shell was that crunchy but i liked the taste overall. Dont forget to sign up for rewards member. You will get free entry on your first order.

Decent Mexican food in Tupelo, a step up from Taco Bell, D'Casa or Cancun. Salad, lose the fried shell (was rancid), is fresh and their salsas are tasty (get the hot, pico de gallo or tomatillo salsas). Their chicken bowl is good with brown rice, black beans and guacamole. Good thin tortilla chips, but they were rancid (yuck), and their guacamole is too sour and lacks avocado flavor, nasty. Service is nice and friendly, portions (burritos, bowls) are huge.
I love the beans & rice but the tacos are to die for! Some day I hope to go in and have a Margarita with my tacos.

Made an order tonight with Tupelo2go for delivery this complaint has nothing to do with them . I ordered a steak burrito. As I was half way through with my food, I found what looks like to be pieces of plastic in it. So I decided to give them a call so the issue would be fixed for future customers. As I have years of experience with customer service I will say the manager did not handle my situation with care at all. Didn’t offer to remake it, nor give me a refund. I did not receive an apology until I was ready to hung up the phone.She stated that “They do not use any plastic ware, that it must of came off the grill. “ If that’s the case you guys need to do better with your cleaning. If it would of chipped my tooth, I would of personally went up there!!! I used to love this place when they first opened, I will not return. I spent $26 on 2 burritos my boyfriend had no problem with his as he ordered a beef one.

I came here like 20 minutes ago and I ordered to go for me and my spouse he raived about this place before I came and I was very hesitant because of the reviews but after I came in got food, now I'm eating And I love it! I'm vegitarian and he is very picky and the food/service/an speed was all very good! Also caught them at a slow time but still we are very pleased,I will be back! Guacamole dip could be better but I'm a picky vegitarian and I had to say it hahaha.
