Trash. Was trying to place an order and whoever was taking it, literally stopped taking my order. However right before, they did get loud and rude. They did not have one thing that I was ordering right on the screen. I will never be back to that place. I wished I could give this place a zero star. The service was just trash. Why am I even writing a review on this place.

I love the cheese burger here. The Lettuce,pickel tomatoes onion, mayonnaise, are a perfect combination on this 100% beef burger.

Appears to have been closed down as of June 2022. No employees present and the driveway entrances have been barricaded-off for the past month. Never had any complaints about this location.

You gotta love Sonic anywhere, and the Gloster Street Sonic people (and food) are great. But would it be too much to ask to get a high-pressure hose and turn it on the place? We got out of the car to eat at the picnic tables, and everything was so sticky that I worried about getting stuck to the ground and being eaten by spiders. It was so disgusting that we drove down the street a ways and ate in front of an AT&T store that was closed. They had a parking lot you could almost eat off of.

I wasn’t offered any condiments with my onion rings and corn dog plus they totally burned my onion rings which I couldn’t eat. They lack a lot to be desired in the way of customer service. Check your bag before you pull away.

Terrible service way too slow ! Order a hot dog and a tea ! Took the kid 5 minutes to take my Order and when I got the order I didn't get my tea I ordered got something else !

It took 30 minutes to bring me my milkshake !! I was currently on my lunch break and didn’t have all day to sit and wait for a milkshake!! Then didn’t even give me a discount or anything.

They cannot handle drive thru and the drive up parked ordering both. The worst experience ever at a Sonic. I am trying to get a refund but will just leave. Food still not out and no one will answer the call button. Stall # 6. 6:48 PM Sunday, March 20th. Hereby asking for my $8.91 refund. What a cluster. Everyone was complaining.
Great as always. Only complaint would be that the server have us short straws for Rt. 44 size.

It appears on many different visits to this location its always issues with service, today our order was brought to us with grease running out the bag from where the tatter tots had so much grease running out of them I had to throw the bag out of my new truck before it messed something up. Very pour management.

The fries that one of my kids got was definitely re-heated and not fresh. We had another to compare it to that actually was fresh. All the milkshakes were grainy, and went in the garbage as it didn’t feel safe to drink. They were out of a lot on the menu. Worst Sonic ever.

8/10 times I visit this location there are issues with my order. Either it’s not right, gave the wrong item, or it takes them over 15-20 minutes to bring my order out even if I order ahead of time. It makes no sense. The only reason I continue to go to this location if because it of close to my work but today was the last straw.
