I played when I decided to eat Taco Bell for lunch anyway.Went thru the drive thru, the lady was nice; however, she didn’t give me a receipt and when I arrived back to work, they’d given me the wrong stuff. What made everything worse is I tried calling the number on google, be mindful I don’t have a receipt, and it doesn’t work. So now I’m just stuck w/ food I didn’t order. Smh as I said I played, but never again!

I like Taco Bell and I've been to several stores and they do it very well. In this store they don't make almost any meat or cheese. I felt like I was eating only tortillas and they didn't make almost anything with the nachos.

Terrible. We waited 45 minutes to an hour for our food sitting in front of the restaurant and the lady comes out to apologize because the kitchen staff refused to make our food. They didn't give me a receipt either. The rudest experience I've ever had here. This one used to be our favorite Taco Bell too. Just sad.

This was by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to! I usually love it but I hated it for three reasons,1: the cinnamon twists tasted like paint. I'm not exaggerating, they tasted like paint. The oil was dirty, I think.2: I could not understand the server to save my life. The server was mumbling and had the thickest southern accent I've ever heard.3: it is very inconsistent with other taco bell franchises. Every other taco bell I've been to has been good. This is definitely the worst.So yeah, do better. And I don't usually give bad reviews, but this couldn't slide.

This place is definitely the best tacobell in Tupelo! The late night crew are always so kind and friendly. The food is always awesome!
I go to taco bell at least once a week. It started off with the person who took my order is irritated. I didn’t even get half of my food because she was rushing me. I WILL NOT be back. Once the staff can change their attitude towards their job, i’ll consider coming back. Another thing is, once I pulled up to the second window, the worker gave me the wrong drink. She huffed and puffed about her mistake! She then proceeded to hand me my drink in a hateful way. TUPELO TACO BELL DO BETTER!
