How does a Wendy's run out of cheese? Then on top of that they had one of those drive-thrus that you can't pull out of. This time they didn't have cheese and last time they left the bacon off of my baconator. Just go to the McDonald's or Hardee's next door.

Ordered food last week on the app for drivthru pickup and they said they couldn't get the order because it didn't print. They couldn't refund us nor just read the order from my phone seeing as the order was showing as paid from my card. We got turned down for all service and unfortunately I won't be back. I'm out 30.00 dollars. I went online and reported it with no response and tried to call but was kept on hold for over 10 minutes. I can't believe how hard it is to get any help from this company. I thought they were better than McDonald's but at least I get a refund from them. ?
