After having the worst experience ever at a restaurant and not even getting our food we decided to go through the drive thru at Zaxbys. We pulled through at 9:12 pm. As soon as we pulled up there was an automated message coming from the speaker “our store is currently closed” and immediately after an employee said “welcome to Zaxbys how can i help you” so obviously we were confused. My boyfriend said “are yall closed or” the employee said “yes” so we drove off. I decided to look up the hours and they don’t close until 9:30 pm. So disappointed in service these days.

Food was great! Hot and fresh...chicken was awesome! Restaurant clean and order came out fast.
Grilled chicken sandwich is well-seasoned & amazing! Peach tea is syrupy at the bottom and needs to be stirred well before drinking but is delicious. Miss the fried mushrooms though, they were my favorite menu item!

This is the BEST Zaxbys I have been to yet!!! The atmosphere is amazing and the food was delightful!! I got the chicken bacon ranch fries and the cheese was nice and gooey, melted!!! And the amount of ranch, so amazing!!! I am such a foodie and this place really did it for me on my road trip!!

12 dollars for a salad that I can get the same one from brooks. Depending if you're on the lazy side and don't want to talk into brooks. Trust me....it's so worth the walk into brooks, and it will cost you half the price and ita freshly made in house. But the device thru lady was nice at zaxbys.
