Arbys sucks. They always say they’re on a shift change or the drive thru is closed. 0/10 used to eat here all the time. I won’t be back. The only fast food restaurant I know that closes for a shift change.
Aside from the fact that my order was wrong, when I asked the manager for a water cup I was informed that they don't give away water cups and that I would have to buy one... horrible service and rude employees.

Milk shake Machine..it is never working .employees always say it's down..Not sure if that means it's taken apart for cleaning or if it does not work .9 out of 10 times we have tried to get a shake this happened.. they shakes are very good when and if they have them.
