Stopped at what we thought was BOPS , ordered 2 medium turtles no cherry and tipped while waiting. Got the turtles and immediately noticed the cups were hot. Assumed it was due to the hot fudge. Dug past the topping and the entire ice cream cup was semi frozen and partial liquid. We salvaged what was able to be enjoyed. I -also had a problem with how the pecans tasted roasted, not really sure what that was about lol. I appreciated the smile from the lady working tonight but more than likely we won’t be back.

The ice cream was great! Now called "the scoop" not Bops..loved the verse on the wall! Teenagers serving were clearly well trained, took orders and made our sundaes and shakes quickly! I also noticed they were cleaning the back and that says a lot when it comes to teens :-)

Despite showing up 5 minutes before close the staff were helpful and not in the least bit off putting. Kudos to them for knowing how to treat a customer right, even when your focus is on getting off work and going home.

Cashier was extremely rudeIce cream was ridiculously over priced$5 for a single scoopAnd then when I was eating it I found a hair.I normally love Bops frequent the one in Starkville often and was down here visiting friends so I was very excited to go to Bops for some custard. Was extremely surprised at the prices they were way more then Starkville. Then my custard was melted when I got it, I honestly started to just hand it back because that’s not ok. Took it and with in the first 5 bites I found a hair. I tried to get my money back and was told they aren’t allowed to do that. I will not be coming back to this Bops.

1:41pm at this bops custard and the cash register girl at the window was very rude and seemed annoyed as soon as I was starting to order and was same girl from last time seems like every visit she is not happy very rude , she has curly brown hair bad customer service overall won't come again rather somewhere with nicer employees.

I love Bops. That Katie crunch is always my favorite. I haven't tried anything else. My youngest loves the dipping ḍots, or the chocolate ice cream.
