Went today, got a chicken sandwich, small Oreo cheesecake milkshake and a medium cheese stick order. Somehow that cost me $17. My milkshake was plain, not the flavor I asked for.
I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings and a cookie dough blast. The cheeseburger tasted like it was very old and the crust on the onion rings fell apart in my hand and also tasted old. The customer service and attitudes were not great either. I would only recommend the desserts but not the food.

Meh-sometimes they care, most times they don't. And I get it, having worked at a Sonic during college. But if you don't like your job-find anothere. Customer service is not a term that is comprehended in Vicksburg and this location of Sonic is the epitome of that.
Usually, the food is extremely fresh, but I was there early opening my corn dogs, which was like rubber& cold. I believe they were not freshly made. Everyone else was happy fresh Philly Cheese
We had to wait awhile at the drive-thru for somebody to Come. Then when they finally came she rushed us off before we could even place the second order. So we waited till they came back They never did so we just decided to go to a stall… But then they Canceled our First order if y'all could have come back to the intercom and gotten our second order you wouldn't have to do that. Now there is a Young Female with no Manners at all saying what? What? And kept rushing us off we weren't even finished ordering. Took a while for our order to come out, and our food change to come out. Look when we informed the Lady she said if bite off- Lady, Common sense if the order is wrong we wouldn't bite off duh. So yeah took a while for that Food to come out... The Carhoper was Smpathy at all like “Sorry for the wait” or something She even Forgot the straw we Sure did Ask for. The All-American and chili dogs were tough and weren’t good. The Sonic burger was burnt these Youngsters these days… Don’t Deserve No Stars.

My order was all mixed up. I was told not to come backbecause l said l would go to Dairy queen.The attitude of Mgr is awful saying he was trying to save me money. Who asked him to do that? His final slam was to ask God to bless me. Not a good place to shakes Go to Dairy Queen!!!!!
What you expect from fast food. I ordered via the app, food was prepared fast & delivered to my vehicle. Good food, great service on time! Great limeade drinks!
