This hole in the way (literally a stand on a sprig) spot was packed with locals & cars eating delicious homemade tamales. Walk up order your food and eat in your car. Inexpensive and delicious!
Took my in laws o89n a bucket list trip. My 89 year old father in law insisted on finding "the little tamale place in an old gas station" that he visited frequently on sales trips many years ago. We told him we would try to find it, and were surprised at how quickly we did. We were blown away by the simplicity of the place and how tasty the tamales were! Will definitely stop there again!

On our ride back to Atlanta we saw this place from the highway — what a treat! Quick service, DELICIOUS tamales! And very friendly. Do yourself a favor don’t get a dozen — get 2 lol these did not make it back to Atlanta.
