I’m from out of town and in West Point training for a new job and happened to see this place downtown. Very happy I did. I had the grilled shrimp with collard greens and grits and it was extremely good. Will definitely be back the next few days while I’m local.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. Me and my mom went for lunch. We got the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer and they were excellent!!! I had the special that day which was hamburger steak with gravy and onions. For my side I chose the collard greens. They were the best collard greens I have ever eaten. The cornbread was good too. It was moist but still has a good texture. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you're in West Point, MS...read full review
