It's okay nice staff but pizza is missing something compared to other pizza huts I've been to. I don't know if it's not enough pizza sauce or cheese. Maybe both. It's good just not as good as it should be
I originally ordered my food through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. I ordered at 1:38pm and waited up until 2:00pm and my order never showed up. I called Pizza Hut and they said that they were waiting on DoorDash to pick up the orders. I was like “???” I didn’t order DoorDash, but Pizza Hut uses DoorDash to do their deliveries. I want to take a moment to brag on the store manager on duty Friday, March 1, 2024 at the West Point, MS location. My order was delivered, but it was delivered to the incorrect place by a delivery service used by Pizza Hut. I called the store and the manager was able to get my order replaced, out for delivery adding a drink to my order and giving me store credit for an order in the future. I truly appreciate her customer service and hope that this store never loses her as a manager.
