The cook in there, Jamal, radiates joy. He actually seems passionate about his job. Him smiling made the other employees seem happier, too. The food was really delicious, as well. All in all, great experience. One of the best Waffle House experiences I've ever had.

I like Waffle House because it's consistently able to hit that metaphorical spot. Long day, early morning, coming back from a late night transfer on the boo boo bus, or just when I'm craving griddle fried potatoes with allll the fixins; Waffle House is always there.I assume this is a specific review for the Winona location, if so, the staff were very nice, I was there about lunch time on a week day and they weren't too busy

Driving home for the Holidays and stopped for lunch. It was a little busy but was able to sit immediately. Our order came out quickly and hot. Food was great and our server was constantly checking in with us. Very nice place to hit for a quick lunch.
All southerners know the value of a good Waffle House, and Winona has the best in the area, hands down! My favorite crews work third shift, and they're always on point with food and service. Y'all enjoy your good meal, and tip your server and cook well! They deserve it. :)
