Used DUG today and watched my order get loaded into some else’s car. No employees helped me with my order for another 20 mins. No communication what so ever. This is suppose to make your life easier. NOT. I now have another for lunch or dinner. Hopefully they make it right. Been trying to talk to customer service and not getting help there either. $165 order. Again no communication. Someone else got my food tonight.

I just wanted to let the manager know that Kat in customer service in store 0009 went up and above for me. I walked there from the pilot truck stop and was going to Uber back. By the time I got to the store my phone was dead. Kat actually found me a charger to plug into my phone so I could charge it up enough to get an Uber ride back to my truck at pilot. If I had to walk with my groceries in hand a mile and a half or would have been one hell of a trip back. Thank you Kat for your amazing concern for my situation and your ability to go up and above for your customers. Kat is a excellent example of how all customer service workers should be. Give this girl a raise and promotion.Danny Naso

My wife mistakenly left a Clorox bleach wipe in the shopping cart that she returned inside the store. The employee putting away the carts mistakenly thought my 5 year old left it in the cart, balled him out and made him cry. Pretty lame.

My 5 stars (5yrs ago) have gone down to a 1 after seening 1st hand how horrible they treat there employees! The high turn over you have is not cause people don't want to work it's cause of your poor management and the lack of communication your managers have with each other and how you take this lack of communication out on your staff. Disgusting!

I have already responded to Google with this info. 10/05/2023 I suggest you communicate with your Osco Pharmacy in your store. Over the past week, many seniors received vaccines. We were told by the Pharmacist that the 10% coupon would be good on Senior Day and we could get 20% off.I shopped Senior Day today and that was NOT TRUE. Something about computers working too slowly to take the coupon etc. ?Find this to be unfair to SENIORS. What is 20% off when you raise your prices anyway to accomodate it.??? The checker today must have been NEW because she knew nothing. Nor could she even pack the groceries in a bag....i did it myself...didn't wrap the meat separately either. Thanks
