Giving 1 star because they don’t allow tips on cards for their “in-store” employees. This is laziness on the owner and/or managers end and it’s unacceptable. You already pay them a low wage, at the very least allow them to be tipped by customers who are happy and thankful for their service. I figure the manager and owner cares more about the review system than the employees, so I’ll change this back to 5 star once I’m able to tip their employees on my card at the store. The End.

FYI the Belgrade Pizza Hut no longer does curbside. You must go in and get it in person. We found out the hard way. Our Pizza sat inside with my husband parked in front of the store for about 30 minutes it was ready.Vegetarian options: Lots of topping options for vegetarians.

Getting lip from a driver for under cooked pizza…. No. Hard no. Done. I can order from Rosas and Papa Murphys happily. I haven’t been this mad in a minute.From now on i will order no more than two toppings and will pick up. No driver wage and minimal tips.

I was very turned off today when I picked up my pizza and the young man helping had the croch of his pants to his knees and all you can see was his underwear. I wonder what the health department would think
I love this pizza hut.. always great customer service and always fix our order RIGHT AWAY if something is wrong. My GOTO. ?

We have had one bad experience here after another. We have always been loyal customers, and recently we ordered for delivery and one of our pizzas came and it was just onions. It was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage, so just onions was not even close! It was suppose to be for my kiddos! I called and they said they credited the order back on our account. I was happy enough that they attempted to remedy the mistake. A month later, we decided to use the credit but could not figure out how to pay with it. Finally, after many calls, the order went through credited and then came significantly late. We opened the box and couldn’t figure out what in the heck the kind of pizza it was. Took a bit- It was Buffalo chicken! The all time worst pizza, in my opinion. Not even the neighbors wanted this pizza we tried to giveaway. We then had to go out to a fast food drive through because by this time, it was nearly 8pm and I have young kids (1 yr and 6).Safe to say, we WILL NOT be going back. We will be finding a new pizza delivery company to order from, for our easy pizza night!

I understand the restaurant has been understaffed for some time now, but the wait time for deliveries is still very reasonable. Food always shows up fresh, and employees always have a great attitude during my experience. Great job guys.
