It is so difficult to pay your bill in the bar. This is 3x I have been here this month. Don’t stop to eat if you want to eat. Food will be fast in the bar lounge but the server will not close your tab for a long time after asking. I asked when I order and she said she would come back. I asked when my food came and she didn’t then I asked when she left the bar to change out beer on the tap. I waited 30 minutes after giving her my card. Food was good. Server has been horrible the last 3 times

Great service and food every time. I eat there often because I work at Terminal.

Greatest staff in the world, very engaging and fun to interact with. They all deserve raises and a piece on the local news.

Frugal family on a budget

Ordered a burger and a flatbread pizza. The burger was raw in the middle and the pizza was burned black. Things happen but the person running it was beyond mad when I asked for my money back. We returned the food after one bite. It was inedible. She continued to loudly complain about us. Save yourself and get something out of the vending machine. They have prepackaged items but nothing looked fresh. AVOID!

Air host feels like it is here as a formality to complete the airport. Reality is that it is a very decent cafe that is surprisingly reasonably priced for an airport. I got the polish dog with chili and cheese on recommendation of the staff. The staff here is so friendly and kind. They really seem like they enjoy working together as a team. While there are no alternatives in this airport, Air Host is not a bad option for travelers. I wish they made sandwiches fresh instead of having them in the cooler. My food selection was good but definitely fell short of the $9 it was for the food and drink. Nonetheless, this is not bad at all.

Friendly and attentive service and great prices! I had 2 hours to kill so I opted to sit in the restaurant have breakfast and enjoy the free wifi. My traditional bacon and eggs breakfast was prepared exactly as I ordered. 3 pieces of bacon and a mountain of crispy hash browns. My coffee cup and water were continually topped off and time flew by!

We ordered 2 bratwursts and paid $8.50 for them. They were not cooked all the way (barely lukewarm). When you pay that much you expect a delicious product. I would give it no stars, only giving it 1 star because I have to.

A small and straightforward airport! The ground floor houses car rental stations and conveyor belts for luggage pickup. There are cool life sized horse and other ranch animal figures at each belt. If you're headed in for a flight, enter the main entrance and go right until you see the tsa area (to the left of baggage check and check-in). The TSA security check here is relatively quick. I arrived half an hour before my boarding time and was able to zip through under 10 minutes, even with an extra check for one of my bags (don't bring yogurt).

Small but efficient airport. Get in and out of town with out the frustrations that come with larger airports.

This is a small airport, as one might expect for a city of this size. Food and shopping selections are fairly limited, and depending on the time of day it can grow a bit crowded...by Billings standards. However, service was very friendly and quite prompt, and there was none of the sense of "Grand Central Station madness" characteristic of some large airports. Our initial flight into the city was delayed due to weather, and so we ended up being the final flight to arrive, very late just before the Fourth of July holiday. As we all exited the plane and moved toward the top of the "grand staircase" the crowd of smiling, excited families waiting below for their loved ones came into view. There was hugging, people were laughing, old ladies were treated like royalty by their grandchildren, and the entire scene was like something out of a movie. My spouse and I looked at each other, amazed, and exclaimed "Where are we? Who are all of these nice people? Are we still in the same country?" One thing was for certain: This wasn't LaGuardia, O'Hare, or LAX! I

Terrible service. Worse food. Ignored for 10 min plus by staff who then don't know their own menu.

This is by far the cleanest and most relaxing airport I have ever traveled through. It felt more like a resort than an airport. Every employee I encountered was friendly and wanted to help in any way they could. The restaurants are full service and offer some varied food selections. The gift shop had some unique treasures. I didn't want to leave the airport....which is something I never thought I would actually feel. I was here in 2015 and was super impressed.
