The workers at blacksmith coffee are efficient and extremely friendly. They go out of their way to help, and they always do it with a smile on their face!! Not to mention their coffee is some of the best I have ever had!! I highly recommend the blacksmith coffee at St. Vincent Hospital, Billings, Montana.

I loved my experience here today. I was so busy during the holidays I didn't get time to order "holiday" drinks so when I went for an appointment today I was so happy they were still offering many holiday and winter options. So good, fresh, creative menu, and very friendly. Thanks for making a doctor's visit enjoyable, Blacksmith!

I've been at the hospital all week with my husband and everyday I order an iced mocha with topping, they have all been great except for today, not sure what I got but it's not mocha the girls working insisted that it is. Not good at all, I was charged for whip cream and they were out. Employees to busy on phones and talking instead of doing the job.

They don’t return calls or messages.
They run a contest and then don’t honor the rules. They apparently treat employees poorly as well, but not shocking if they don’t care about their customers! All the people I got to like their page and all the people I told about their burgers will also be the people I tell of their unfairness. I was a regular customer but no more. I gave them many chances and now get my daily coffee else where!

I have waited 15 minutes for French toast and then tried to cancel my order due to the wait and the wouldnt refund my money. Then I gave them another chance and the drink was good. They had a Halloween contest to get more likes and followers and recognition on Facebook but then didn’t award the 3 prizes that they initially said they were giving away. A scam?? Perhaps. If they can’t follow through with their advertising, how will they follow through with their product. I reached out 3 times about the contest and they didn’t answer even one inquiry

On July 31st, I greatly disappointed in the service. There was only one other customer and they had their order. There were three girls behind the counter. I was at the register, of which they passed by three to four times, waiting to order. I was there three to five minutes and was not acknowledged. Not even a simple " hi, I'll be with you in a minute" and being in customer service for over fifty years, I know that statement goes a long way. I didn't have a lot of time when visiting my son during my lunch hour. Needless to say I ended up not getting lunch that day.

Omg this has to be the best coffee I’ve had in Billings Montana! We had a drip coffee (very smooth and added caramel, strong and smooth). And a Java chiller, it was not too sweet and very smooth and good. The right balance of coffee chocolate and sweet. Blueberry muffin was good!

Went for a couple coffees on the grand location and they completely messed up my order. Instead of a hot latte I got a drip coffee and instead of the cocomel swirl I got a sweet cream. They didn’t even taste good.
