The server was incredibly rude, ignoring us for 45 minutes between courses and taking 20 minutes just to take our drink order. It took an hour to receive the bill, adding insult to injury. The entire experience was frustrating and overshadowed any positive aspects of the food or ambiance.

Setting and ambience was amazing. Service was great. Our waitress was amazing. My wife had the roasted chicken and she said it was amazing. I had the buttered aged New York strip steak. The steak was just ok. It was cooked perfect but for the price of just the steak with no side I hoped for more. The steak was lacking flavor and tenderness. All in all we will be back and hope for a better steak next time.

Had to wait 35 minutes past our reservation time. Food was not good!! $240 for 2 people and we couldn't even eat most of it. Not much taste at all Limited menu the Weeknight I was there we couldn't order off the menu they gave us a specials menu with about 5 items available ? The soup was good. This was my 10th time eating here in 3 years and it was my Last.

Food was okay, but very limited in options. We where seated on time, but it took about an hour for the main course to arrive. The food and service wasn't worth the price we paid.
The entire experience was amazing as usual. Unfortunately there was one flaw. At the end of our meal we ordered a to-go dessert and our server didn't like how the kitchen had plated it so she asked for it to be re-done. The front of house manager then berated her multiple times loud enough for us to hear. Throwing a napkin and storming to the back. It was extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. We apologized to our server first r her manager's behavior. Other than that, everything was fabulous.
We were really looking forward to eating at Buffalo Block for our anniversary. Our waitress was wonderful and very accommodating. It all went downhill when our food arrived. My wife ordered the New York strip and I had the salmon. The steak was inedible. It was so tough that cutting was a chore and she could barely get her fork into it. She has never asked to return a meal in our 36- years of marriage. They apologized and returned with a petite filet. The new steak cut like butter but had absolutely no taste. My salmon was fine but was the size of the palm of my hand. So incredibly disappointed. Extremely expensive. We'll NEVER return.

The food, specifically the steak, took forever to arrive. The restaurant claimed the delay was due to the size of the steak. Perhaps the size contributed, but the delay was excessive. If an order takes longer than expected, then we should have been made aware. My guess is the order wasn't placed or was lost. Further, the steak was mediocre. Regardless, the restaurant didn't care and dismissed all our concerns. Didn't show any interest in dealing with our displeasure. All the manager wanted to do is defend. A simple “sorry” would have sufficed. In fact, the manager yelled at us in the restaurant and told us to never come back. Don't worry, we won't. And we'll tell our family and friends about our experience. The manager was definitely inexperienced. Disappointed.
