Service is very slow. Employees hang out in the restaurant area and other customer areas. I have worked in hospitality, and never was this allowed unless you changed out of uniform/work clothes and ordered food. The food is good.

It took an hour to get our food our server took 19 minutes before she came to take our order. I highly recommend never coming here. People who came in after us got their food before us .

The food was great, and plenty of options. The seating was perfect, and it was nice and cozy. Not cool like other places where you have to wear a sweater or jacket. The service was amazing, my waitress served with a smile and she followed up with the order throughout the whole time. Loved the service ? ❤Dietary restrictions: I was able to order a meal and make the necessary changes as needed to fit my dietary needs.Parking: There was plenty of parking, didn't have to worry about parking meters and such.Kid-friendliness: Saw plenty of folks bringing their families and they had high chairs available for the kiddos.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door doesn't have stairs, can just roll right in through the front door.

The Hostess is in the absolute wrong position-she was snappy, unwelcoming and seemed rude!We ran out of drinks, meal didn't come with sauce we requested, burger had pieces we ordered without, we had no napkins, plates weren't cleared when finished, and we had to ask for our check. The atmosphere is good but the service is lacking.

Here to watch the Super Bowl with my son and every other screen has something other than the Super Bowl on it. Everyone is here to watch the FB game. I had to ask to have them put on the pregame then ask again to have them turn on the sound for opening ceremonies. Really? I’m gonna watch this game then not coming back. No wonder it’s empty in here.
