Lady taking our order was fast and polite. The dining room floor you just about stick to it when you walk in. Trash cans are gross, the play area is gross. My 5 year old said the slide is sticky he can't even slide down it. The food wasn't very hot but tasted ok, 90% of the drinks were "out" in the machine. The ceiling in the dining room looks as if it's going to collapse in on you at any second. This place needs some serious tlc and re-training.

The kids' place was really dirty. I had to ask for a towel to wipe down my own table. All of them in the back were dirty. Other than that, it was ok.

Arrived at 8am order food all food was sitting waiting, cold and old. Not happy when asked for hot food. I was wondering why no one was there. They wash door windows and left cleaner dripping on floor.

Don’t go here… I’d never been to BK’s breakfast before was told after literally 20 seconds of being at the menu board, with no one behind me to pull out of the drive way because she had a ‘timer’?Not sure how she expected me to see the menu to decide what I want. So went across the street to McDonald’s. Definitely recommend McDonald’s, it was great, friendly, and fast. Even let me have more than 30 seconds to look at the menu!

Only ordered 2 whoppers in drive through, both set of buns were old, dry and hard. Tomato slices were green. It all went into the trash. Won't be back.

Last week asked for no condiments and got no lettuce tomato on our whoppers, this week asked for only ketchup and mustard thinking maybe they misunderstood "condiment" and still no lettuce and tomato on our whoppers!!! People condiments are ketchup, mustard,Mayo, relish. Not the salad!

The food was good and fresh. But it was pretty early in the morning, and all the trashcans outside were overflowing. This makes me wonder what else they are not doing? Unsanitary

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is cuz the good food, service really sucked it was like self serving in there or you were screwed, told them they were out of ice a coworker told us he would get us ice once he was back on the clock and everyone else just stood around, wasn't clean at all

Went through the drive thru, and after I paid was told to pull around front since they were waiting on patty’s. In front must have been 5 or 6 other cars waiting. After I got my food, @ 15 minutes, drove about 5 minutes to eat. These were Big Kings, and the pattys were cold and stale, so obviously not cooked recently. BK use to be ok, but not anymore. Also, if there is a bunch of cars parked in front, do not go there. Think they have you pull out front so drive thru looks empty. Cold food after a long wait.

Still blows my mind that people don’t do quality checks on their food anymore. This sandwich was really well past it’s time and they still served it. I would definitely stay away from the King Ave East store in Billings. If this message reaches corporate headquarters please give these guys some training.

Went there with my family through drive though, I have one that will eat nothing but chicken nuggets at a fast food joint. They did not have chicken nuggets, chocolate milk or apple juice and nothing was posted in the drive through to let us know. My Jr. Whopper had no tomatoes, a few pieces of lettuce lots of onions though. No one could eat the fries because they tasted like rancid oil. We've been to this one a few time but there are other options now in the area that will will use in the future. I know supply chain issues have been a problem but it seems they are really having issues.

store was dirty as hell! bathrooms were beyond gross! then if you call you never can get through to management! told cashier bathrooms were gross and she stood there doing nothing for next 27 min! atleast clean your doorway entries and handles!
